We are looking for a Social Strategist to join the team in one of our satellite companies, Culture. This person will be responsible for developing the creation, management and implementation of day-to-day social strategic initiatives on a range of exciting clients we work with everyday.
This person is passionate about the social space and is always proactively seeking out opportunities to build, grow and own the conversation.
Role will include:
- Identifying key insights from research and data that can help inform content and campaign planning, as well as optimization
- Pull and dive into research, to give thorough analysis and brand channel planning in support of digital strategy
- Develop measurable social and digital programs that are on strategy for each channel and within budget
- Understand the dynamics of our client’s business and leverage this understanding to identify incremental business opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to come up with top quality content
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices and trends
- Develop good relations and rapport with the client
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years related experience required
- Detailed experience in campaign management/optimization for - social media operations
- Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work and building strong brand reputation.
- A wide interest in technology, culture and human behaviour.
