Fran leads the strategy offering across Ogilvy AUNZ with a team including experts in brand strategy, data, CX, behavioural science, social, earned and connections planning. She has previously held strategy leadership roles at DDB, McCann and Saatchi New York where she has worked with iconic brands including McDonald’s, Virgin Australia, Volkswagen, Westpac and P&G. Starting out as a qualitative researcher, she learned how to ask good questions and find opportunities for brands to play a role in culture. At Ogilvy, her ambition is to deliver high ‘Return on Creativity’ for our clients with strategies that lead to game changing ideas. She now sits on the board of Advertising Council Australia, is Chair of the CSO SteerCo and a member of the Australian Effies Committee. In 2023 she won B&T’s Women in Media award for Strategy.
