With over 20 years’ experience in communications, Megan has earned a reputation as a people-first leader and game-changer in the industry, building agencies renowned for innovative, creative and integrated solutions based on building deep personal communications that change behaviour. Key client partnerships she is particularly proud of are those that have been a blend of creating both outstanding results and deep personal connections with longevity. Clients stretch across a range of disciplines from brand and comms to digital transformation and brand experience. An awards show veteran locally including executive judging roles in EFFIES, PREScom, and Axis, Megan’s achievements have also been recognised globally as a juror for both Cannes Lions ‘Promo & Activation’ and the Spikes Asia ‘Promo, Activation & Direct’ awards shows. Megan is an Executive Board member of the NZ Comms Council, founding member and current Chair of the Comms Council Inclusiveness & Diversity Group. She is highly regarded as a strong ambassador and leader for diversity in the communications industry and is regularly called on as a spokesperson in this field.
